Where the notices come from
Every portal we read, what we take from it, how often we check, and the licence that lets us. A source is live only once a person has read its terms of use. Anything marked coming is built but waiting on that check.

How we read a portal
We take notice metadata and a link, never the tender documents. Attachments are linked, not copied.
- The crawler identifies itself as WorthabidBot and obeys robots.txt on every host.
- One request every three seconds per host, with conditional requests so unchanged pages cost nothing.
- Fetched pages are kept for 30 days for reprocessing, then deleted.
- Sources whose terms prohibit reuse are excluded and named above with the reason.
- Portal operators can ask questions or opt out on the bot policy page.
