Why
- 80
Capability match
The scope is network design and implementation, which the profile covers directly.
- 80
Geography
Delivery is across six WA regional sites and the business is based in WA.
- 45
Mandatory requirements
ISO 9001 and $20m public liability are required. Neither is confirmed in the profile, so this is unchecked rather than failed.
How it works
Five minutes to set up, then it runs every morning
Step 1
Tell us your ABN
Type your ABN and we pull your entity name, business names, state and GST status from the ABR. That takes a few seconds and you never fill in a form.
Step 2
We read your website and draft your profile
Your services, sectors, regions, size and any certifications are drafted from what your site says. You correct it on one screen and confirm.
Step 3
Every morning you get what fits and why
New notices from every portal are scored against your profile overnight. The digest shows the ones worth your time, the ones to think about, and why the rest are a no.
The No bid promise
Most tenders are a no. We say so.
Keyword alerts send you forty tenders a week and leave you to work out which two matter. Worthabid reads all forty against your profile and tells you which two, with the reason each of the other thirty-eight is a no.
A No bid is never a hidden score. You see the criterion that failed, the mandatory requirement you do not meet, or the incumbent who has won the last four. If we are wrong, one click overrules it and your profile learns.
That is what makes the Pursue list worth opening. When the filter says no most of the time, its yes means something.

Questions
Straight answers
- Where does the data come from?
- From the public tender portals. AusTender's open data feeds and exports, the state and territory portals where their terms allow it, and the VendorPanel public feed for councils. Every notice carries its source, its licence and a link back to the original.
- Do you write the response?
- No. Worthabid tells you whether a tender is worth your week and why, then gets out of the way. Response writing is a different job and there are people and tools that already do it.
- How do you work out win odds?
- From award history for similar contracts. How often this buyer awards in this category, how many different suppliers win, whether an incumbent keeps winning, and how the contract size compares with what you have delivered. The result is a percentage with a band, and the band is wide when history is thin.
- What happens to my data?
- Your profile and your outcomes stay yours and are stored in Australia. We use them to score notices for you and to improve your own scores over time. They are never sold, and never used to build a profile for anyone else.
- Can I export?
- Yes. Your profile, your pipeline and every decision you have logged can be exported as CSV or JSON from Settings at any time. If you cancel, the export still works until the account closes.
- Which CRMs do you push to?
- HubSpot first, because it has the widest footprint among small firms. Dynamics 365 and Salesforce follow. A Pursue notice appears as a deal or opportunity where you already work, with the fit, the odds and the reasons attached.
- Do you cover councils?
- Partly, and it is growing. The VendorPanel public feed covers councils across the country. WA council channels and the largest councils' own websites are next, and the Sources page shows what is live today.
- What does No bid actually mean?
- It means we read the notice against your profile and found a reason not to spend the week on it. A mandatory requirement you do not meet, a scope outside what you do, a buyer who never awards to a new supplier. You always see the reason, and you can overrule it with one click.
